Strategic Alliance Conference in High Precision Abrasive Industry Held

On December 26th 2013, the strategic alliance conference for technology innovation in high precision abrasive industry has been held in ZhengZhou. About 30 representatives from 14 organizations attended the conference, including the leaders from Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives & Grinding Co. Ltd, White Dove Co. Ltd, Superhard Material (Industrial Diamond) Association of China(IDACN)--the branch of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association, etc.

During the meeting, Xie Tianfeng, the vice director of Science and Technology Department of Henan, spoke highly of the cooperation in innovation and the scientific progress, and put forward higher demands for the alliance’s future development. Liu Mingquan, the general secretary, summarized all the achievements in the terms of the establishment of sound operation mechanism, the transformation of technology innovation and achievements, as well as the development status of service industry in this year and arranged the key jobs for the next year.. 

At the conference, members had a deep communication about the latest technical requirements. Meanwhile, director Wang from Qinchuan Machinery Development Co, Ltd discussed the technical demands of the grinding of blades as well as the problems they met in the Titanium alloy material grinding technology, and expressed the wish to solve these troubles mutually.

The strategic alliance for technology innovation in high precision abrasive industry was set up in April, 2010, permitted by the department of science and technology of China in April, 2012. With 15 member companies in the high precision abrasive industry, it is the most authoritative industrial alliance in China, focusing on the development of abrasive industry, trying to establish the technology platform and share the scientific and technological achievements for all the companies in this industry and bring more people with specific knowledge in abrasives and abrasive products in a long run.
