First, we can use high-power dry cleaners to clean F54 crude products, whose cleanliness can reach more than 98%. It can completely meet the needs of foreign customers. Second, we can adjust the dry cleaning equipment, mainly for the production of less than the F60 products. Because the F60 is fine-grained products, it just needs relatively small air volume. The electrostatic adsorption phenomenon between fine-grained particles is serious sometimes. In order to solve this problem, we must adopt the method of air heating to eliminate static electricity and water, to ensure the quality of dry cleaning abrasive products.

Therefore, it isn't an easy thing to do sand F well. We must start from each detail and every aspect.
