Among them, Victor Taichung Machinery Works Co., Ltd. confirmed that it saw influx of contract orders from customers in the electronic and food-making industries for different machines and machine tools in mid-January. For the time being, the company still holds contract orders worth some NT$1 billion that have yet to be filled.
Coincidentally, Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. just received a big order from a Chinese auto lamp maker for dual-color plastic injection machines a few days ago after filling a large rush order landed from Thailand in the fourth quarter of 2011. The company’s on-hand contract orders, including the newly added one that will be done in the first half of this year, have exceeded NT$800 million.
Anderson Industrial Corp. has also continually won new contract orders recently, including one from a Korean electronic manufacturer for NT$120 million worth of printed circuit board drilling machines. With the delivery to the Korean customer to start in March, the company is also poised to welcome new orders in the months to come.
A director of Roundtop Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. also stated that his company has got contract orders totaling some NT$600 million so far this year, with production lines already booked through June.
Meanwhile, contract orders held by AWEA Mechantronic Co., Ltd. have also amounted to NT$1.6 billion so far, while Chevalier-Falcon Machine Tools Co., Ltd. has also secured contract orders valued at over NT$650 million. Both companies will be busy with these on-hand orders till June.
