As to my impression on abrasives market in china, I’d like to share with you my ideas. Early in the middle of 20th century, The German democratic Republic launched Construction Aid Projects that helped to build up the biggest grinding wheel factory in China at that time, which is the predecessor of the White Dove Abrasives co., Ltd in Zhengzhou, China. With its workshop founded in accordance with East German Standards, The grinding wheel giants marked the beginning of Chinese abrasive modernization as well as the witness of the long-term good relationship of people from both countries. Abrasives market has entered a prosperous period over time. However, this industry is faced with a tough situation due to labor costs, raw material costs and order insufficiency. R: Since you are not optimistic about the current domestic market of abrasives, why would Klingspor target at domestic market?

Z: There are two reasons for entering into Chinese market at this very moment. On one hand, only when a industry is in the period of downturn, can we help an corporation to show its beat capabilities and give the best evidence to customers about what kind of products really stand the trial. On the other hand, during the downturn of current abrasive market, according to judgments of Klingspor, many companies would rather stop to have a rest, which may definitely contribute to the downturn of the whole industry. We are entering domesic market to stimulate others and boost up the morale of the whole industry.

R: What advantages do you think does Klingspor have over domestic competitive products?
