The outlook for the current silicon carbide abrasive overall market remains dim, while in actual transactions, most silicon carbide abrasive manufacturers have lowered the Sic price to the bottom line, with the profit margin being narrow. In regard to payment terms, Sic manufacturers tend to pay by cash so as to avoid poor capital turnover. According to iAbrasive, first-grade silicon carbide abrasive is overstocked. Second-grade and third-grade Sic abrasive are currently at a normal value.

In addition, Gansu agricultural products and fruits' transport hasn't been fulfilled; the express-way has a protection policy for agricultural products' green channel, which exerts intensive pressure on Sic transport. The freight in different sections varies; in some individual regions, freight has appreciated by 200 Yuan per ton.
